After 20 years of strong performance and impact in education, she has rebounded from the toxicity that plagues Black women in leadership. Now she uses her experience in career and life to help talented Black women leaders remain whole and live well. Focusing her expertise and knowledge on supporting Black women leaders to prevent, disrupt, and recover from burnout and workaholism at varying stages of their careers.
